Korean Drama Review : Who Are You: School 2015 (후아유: 학교 2015)

Who Are You: School 2015 is a 2015 South Korean television series, starring Kim So-hyun, Yook Sung-jae and Nam Joo-hyuk. It's a story of two identical twins Go Eun-byul and Lee Eun-bi ( Kim So Hyun ) , who were separeted at an early age. Eun-bi lives at the Love House, an orphanage in Tongyeong, South Gyeongsang Province, wherein the younger orphan kids look up to her as their mother figure. And she keeps the fact that she is being bullied at school by a gang of mean girls led by Kang So-young.

On the other hand, Go Eun-byul is studying at Sekang High School, the most prestigious private high school in Seoul's Gangnam District. A well loved and respected among her peers, she is also blessed to have Cha Song-joo and Lee Shi-jin, her best pals at school and her childhood bestfriend Han Yi-an ( Nam Joo-hyuk ), the school's star swimmer. And she had the luck to be adopted by a well to do lady name Song Mi-kyung (Jeon Mi-seon). Eun-bi and Eun-byul look exactly alike, but only Eun-byul is aware of the other's existence. Unlike the cheerful Eun-bi, Eun-byul is prickly, rude and secretive.

Eun-byul mysteriously disappears on the day of their school field trip tp Tongyeong. At the same time, Eun-bi was unfairly expelled from her school and decided to jumps off a bridge in a suicide attempt. Ten days later Eun-bi woke up with amnesia and was mistaken for her twin sister Eun-byul, and her adoptive mother takes her home to Seoul, where she starts living as Eun-byul.

Personal Review:

Okay don't get so excited guys! Just because Kim So-hyun and Yook Sung-jae are perfect match and share great bonds of chemistry they would be together. That excitement would leads you to disappointment as you reach to episodes 10 up to finale. Alright I'm a hardcore Tae-Bi shipper since the first day they meet. But after watching this drama I was super frustrated and depressed because of how Gong Tae Kwang ( Yook Sung-jae ) had his heart broken because Eun-Bi choose Han Yi Ahn (Nam Joo-hyuk) at the end part. I was hoping Yi Ahn and Eun Byul to be together, but it didn't, the writer ruin my expectations. Tae-Bi has the great chemistry since the beginning. I never hinted they would never end up together. While Yi Ahn and Eun Byul were pretty obvious that this duo would end up together because Yi Ahn has been in love for Eun Byul for 10 years, they like each other and they share the same bonds because they grow up together and they certainly know each other for Christ sake. Yet, the writer make some sort of twist on the later part of the drama which makes it so horrible to watch. Yet despite some of the acting falling on the stiff side and an ending that loses steam, show manages to remain a fun watch overall.

LESSON LEARNED FROM THIS DRAMA

Bullying is a crime and not just a problem. It was kinda frustrating seeing how the school administration on this drama didn't care much of the issue. But yet, this drama shows how scary bullying can lead someone's life to danger. I also like the fact that Eun-byul classmates and friends were so supportive and they dislike Kang So-young actions for being mean and a bully to Eun-Bi.

Eun-Bi on the other hand is admirable for defending someone who is being bullied by Kang So-young and her friends and she wasn't afraid of the consequence her action would do to her later.

MY RATINGS: 9/10

Cebu Pacific Body Weight Counter Experience

I went to Cebu yesterday for a day business trip meeting with my boss and I just personally experience the #BodyWeightCounter. No joke! I wasn't even surprise when I heard it from our driver that night. He said he won't be able to check-in our belongings because the passenger needs to be weigh in also. We were having late dinner and I'm like...for real? (in my mind). Because technically I wasn't surprise when he told me about it. Because prior that I saw a post from my friends wall about this "thing" it was trending that day by the way. And I thought it was all for fun but turns out it's not. It could be humiliating in the sense that, I am not gifted with perfect body I am not slim nor skinny, I think I am beyond average I considered myself "chubby". But on the other hand I am excited to experience this thing not because it was trending that day but because I think its fun. I mean, its not something we experience everyday and who cares if I'm 100kls or so. But seriously I'm not 100 kilos, I am 60 kls.

While browsing the comment on that trending picture I was reading some funny comments while the rest chubby peeps like me where worried because of course you know. Some says your going to pay extra amount if your overweight which makes no sense. Because the management does this to know all your weights and your belongings to balance with your aircraft capacity for safety measure. And its FREE, so worry no need no more. It's just that you have to bear and close your eyes if your weight is 100kls or more :) This  procedure is only applicable if your flights designated aircraft is small and a normal ATR (Avions de Transport Regional) flights.
